Clockwork Carnival

A little time. A big adventure.

An illustrated carnival with a balloon, Ferris wheel and an analogue clock showing quarter past seven

Overview

The carnival needs a clockmaker! Join Pip the owl to wake Balloon Meadow, Teacup Twirl, Cloud Wheel, Moon Carousel and the Starlight Express. Each ride brings a new way to tell the time: o’clock, half past, quarter past, quarter to, then five-minute times.

Pip teaches before you play. Explore a clock with linked hour and minute hands, watch a demonstration, and hear an English example when a browser voice is available. Find the right launch clock, wind the hands, read a passenger’s digital ticket, and make an announcement in English. Drag, tap or use the keyboard.

Every correct answer turns a gear and sets a ride in motion. Help is always free, with clock clues, explanations and optional word tiles. Independent answers help set review intervals; helped skills return sooner. Finish a ride and catch five floating stars in your own working carnival.

Earlier skills return during later adventures. Memory lane brings completed skills back for review across days. Saved progress stays in this browser, and Guest adventure gives a new child or class a fresh start without replacing it. Choose any skill directly for a focused classroom lesson.
